By placing an order through Every Mirror UK you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (United Kingdom) country.
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS
If you need to return an item, start by contacting us at service@everymirror.co.uk. We'll respond with potential solutions, or approve or deny your return request. If we accept your request, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning your package. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, inspect your items. If there's a defect, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. You can reach out to our customer service via email. The duration for your replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
D. Product Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email us at service@everymirror.co.uk.
E. Return Shipping Costs
Every Mirror UK will cover the return shipping costs if the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error. In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
